2. Shipping Address Changes
If you would like to change the shipping address of your existing order/s, please contact us at Info@toys-japan.com with the order number and your updated address details.
Please note that we’re unable to make any modifications to an order if the shipment has already been shipped. Thank you
3. My package was marked delivered, but I have not received it. What should I do?
If the status shows shipped, we request that:
- You check with other members of your family at home if someone received the item.
- If you’re in an apartment, you might want to check with your rental office if they are holding your package there.
- Sometimes package does not fit in your mailbox. You can also inquire with your local post office.
- Give a couple of days, it may have been accidentally marked as delivered
If you will still not receive your package kindly let us know so we can immediately take the necessary steps to assist you.
4. I want to purchase with big quantity, will have a discount for me?
We do offer bulk discounts. Contact us with your requirements, the product you want with quantity request at Info@toys-japan.com. we’ll provide you with a quotation. We will accept bank transfer and competitive shipping prices and services to you for building up the successful business.
5. How do I check on the status of my order?
For all oversea: we will use fedex/ems and local courier. they can find it on www.17tracks.net.
- My order was broken, what should I do?
Please help us make a video when unboxing the order. In case the items inside are damaged, contact us at Info@toys-japan.com with pictures and video and order_id. We will try to find a solution and update to you ASAP.
